Provide yourOrder Numberandclear photosof the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your return request is approved, Skinhub will cover the shipping charges for both the pickup and the re-dispatch of the order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 7days of delivery.
Send photos and details to our support team to expedite your replacement or refund.
4. Refund Policy
We offer two options for refunds:
Store Voucher:Get a voucher equal to your refund amount, valid for 3 months, redeemable at Skinhub.
Cash Refund:If you prefer, a refund to your original payment method will be initiated within48 to 72 hoursafter return approval.
